I just wanted to say how very pleased I was with the service I received from Greg Harris at Certified Transmission in Gladstone. I took my 2007 Chevy Impala to get a 2nd opinion and quote after my dealer told me that I needed a new transmission. The answers and reasons given for my issue were much better explained and diagnosed at Certified Transmission. Not only did I feel more comfortable having them work on it for this reason alone, but their price was much better and the warranty was two years longer than the dealer. The warranty is 5yrs/100,000 miles and transferable! Greg made sure that my family had transportation for the time our car was in the shop. Which was a very big blessing! I have had my car back for a little over a week and it is running great! The service I received was quality I felt like I was in the loop as other items that needed to be fixed were discovered. I highly recommend anyone experiencing transmission issues take their car to this transmission shop.
