I was faced with trying to find someone to trust to diagnose and fix my transmission without having any idea who that would be. As you know, the process can be overwhelming. After searching the web I came across Certified Transmission and read the comments that had been left. Overwhelmingly the comments were positive and I decided to contact them about my problem. I was impressed after I called and discussed my problem and my options with their customer service person and decided to have it fixed. I thought the quote was reasonable as I know that automatic transmissions are complicated, and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the result! The transmission works perfectly and shifts smoothly and quietly. What also impressed me was that they don't outsource their transmission rebuilding and actually have their own dedicated shop to perform the rebuilds. I highly recommend them to anyone who values good craftsmanship and great communications throughout the whole process!
